Appointment Policy

We strive to get you the time slot you desire, so we always appreciate our clients booking ahead. That way we can guarantee you get waxed when you need to be. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that slot, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive our services.

Despite our reminders, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember appointment dates and times to avoid tardy or missed appointments and being charged according to our policy.

We require 12 hours notice for canceling appointments. We ask this so we may open up your time slot to another waxing client. Cancellations made less than 12 hours may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment.

No Show appointments will be charged the full amount of the treatment scheduled. Your scheduled appointment is booked specifically for you, our wax expert cannot fill a no show time slot, so we ask our clients to have consideration for them. More than one no show will result in the termination of client.

When scheduling your appointment, we require a credit card number to hold your appointment. We do not charge it. This is for the purpose of our no show policy.

Late Appointments

We make every consideration to accommodate our clients if they are late. Please keep in mind that we book appointments in 15-30 minute increments. Depending on the service, we usually cannot accommodate our clients that are over 10 minutes late for 30 minute slots and over 4 minutes late for a 15 minute slot. We understand things happen like traffic, kids, jobs and life, but please allow ample time to make your appointment. 

If we run into delays with your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible. If you need to reschedule your appointment due to a casualty on our part, your appointment will be our first priority.

Confirmations

Each client receives a confirmation via text 24 hours prior. Reminder appointments are sent 12 hours prior. If something is beyond The Esthetic Suite's control (i.e. weather, esthetician sick day etc..) and requires us to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will give as much notice as soon as possible.v

Children Policy

Due to the nature of our business we have a strict No Children Policy. We cannot be responsible for watching your child during your appointment. If you choose to bring your child we may have to reschedule your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any inappropriate or rude behavior will not be tolerated at The Esthetic Suite.

Gratuities are not included in our prices, but are greatly appreciated by our staff. The standard gratuity is 15% to 20% of the cost of service provided.
